Alabama coach Kristy Curry and players say they're not putting too much stock into their preseason ranking but are focused on continuing to improve.
Alabama women’s basketball returns to AP Top 25 after long hiatus
New conference additions Texas and Oklahoma give the SEC seven teams in the Top 25. Joining them are South Carolina, LSU, No. 20 Ole Miss, No. 22 Kentucky and Alabama. The ACC and Big Ten each have six ranked teams while the Big 12 has four. UConn and Creighton give the Big East two teams.
Alabama women’s basketball to hold ‘Hoops on the Loop’
According to Alabama Athletics, “Hoops on the Loop” will take place in front of Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Stadium Drive on Oct. 25. The free outing will start at 7:45 p.m. after the homecoming pep rally.
