Amazon is set to release its long-awaited - and delayed - Alexa generative artificial intelligence voice service, said three people familiar with the matter, and has scheduled a press event for later this month to preview it.

The cryptic invites don’t give away much at first glance, but it’s clear that Alexa is on the agenda for the event, which is to be held in New York City.There are a couple of details that point to Alexa – the most notable being the colours used for the invitation.

Amazon is set to unveil its upgraded AI-powered Alexa on February 26. The smarter assistant is expected to be more conversational.
