The Heisman finalist is fresh off a dominant 2024 campaign, nearly toppling one of college football’s most historic records. He rushed for 2,497 yards during the regular season, falling just short of Barry Sanders’ all-time record of 2,628 yards. Jeanty added another 104 yards in the Fiesta Bowl loss to Penn State.

Despite an obvious need at one key position, the Cowboys failed to select a player who fit that description in the 2024 NFL Draft.
