After impressing with his showings in the ARCA Menards Series, highly-tipped teenager William Sawalich is rejoicing after he landed a full-time NASCAR drive.

William Sawalich will be a full-time driver during the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season, with Joe Gibbs Racing announcing Monday the 18-year-old is set to be behind the wheel of the team's No. 18 Toyota.

William Sawalich will drive the No. 18 for Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025, the team announced Oct. 21. It’s a full-time deal for Sawalich, who will be entering his first full season of NASCAR competition.

The two-time ARCA Menards Series East champion from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, will pilot the No. 18 Toyota Supra entry for Joe Gibbs Racing on a full-time basis in 2025.
