Regional attorneys general, including New York's Letitia James, demand refunds for Optimum customers amidst a blackout of MSG Networks due to a dispute with Altice USA.

The attorneys general of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut are calling on Optimum to give automatic refunds to customers who have not been able to watch MSG Networks, which carries many of the region’s favorite sports teams. Optimum customers lost MSG channels in January as the two content giants were unable to resolve a contract dispute.

Attorneys general from three states are demanding that cable company Optimum automatically refund customers who paid for MSG Network cable channels, but who have been denied access to the programming since the start of January.
