Home Minister Amit Shah condemned the Ganderbal terror attack that killed at least three labourers, according to sources, promising the "harshest response" from security forces.

The attack took place when the labourers and other staff working on the tunnel project at Gund in Ganderbal had returned to their camp late in the evening.
