Billionaire Elon Musk incorporated two new companies in Texas with titles suggesting that he's not done with politics after the presidential election ends. The entities are known as United States of America Inc.

One of the EU’s most senior politicians has branded Elon Musk a “promoter of evil” in a major escalation of the war of words between Brussels and the outspoken tech billionaire.

The EU is essentially debating whether Musk himself — instead of X — should face penalties for violating the EU’s Digital Services Act.

Musk sued the California Coastal Commission on Tuesday in federal court in Los Angeles, alleging it “engaged in naked political discrimination” when commissioners cited his support for former President Donald Trump in rejecting a Department of Defense proposal to expand the number of SpaceX launches at Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX has accused a California regulator of political discrimination after it voted to block the rocket company from conducting more launches on the state’s central coast.
