Tom Brady had a message for Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes as Kansas City tries for a three-peat in Super Bowl LIX on Sunday. Brady had a chance to do the same with the Patriots after winning in the 2003 and 2004 season, but didn’t make it back to the Super Bowl the following year. If Mahomes and the Chiefs pull it off, it will be historic.

Mahomes has been dealing with an ankle injury, but it did not affect his ability to lead the Chiefs to a win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game last month. Mahomes is still listed with an ankle injury after Kansas City’s Super Bowl bye week, but he was a full participant in the Chiefs’ practice session on Wednesday.
