After unveiling its early Black Friday sales last week, Samsung has launched a new promotion that knocks hundreds of dollars off its flagship phones. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 has been discounted by $500 if bought directly from Samsung’s website and shoppers have no device to trade in.

As for a cheaper alternative, Samsung appears to have no plans to make a cheaper foldable, with an official saying to Korean outlet Sisa Journal (translated for Korean), “As of now, we have no plans to release a separate product with a lower price.” It doesn’t really get any clearer than that.

Featuring more RAM, a better camera, and larger screens, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition is thinner, lighter, and bigger than the regular model, but it's unlikely to leave Korea.
