Michigan’s NCAA Tournament fate won’t be decided this weekend, but important Big Ten points are on the line. MSU and Minnesota are battling for first, but there is only four points separating the next tier of teams: third-place Ohio State, Michigan and fifth-place Wisconsin.

Wisconsin last played No. 10 University of Michigan in mid-December, splitting the series with a shutout win followed by an overtime loss in Ann Arbor. Now, the Wolverines will arrive at Madison with a strong 14-9-1 record and coming off a bad loss to No. 1 Michigan State.

MSU takes a two-point lead over Minnesota in the conference standings, both with six games remaining, into this weekend's series against Michigan.
