Sarah Michelle Gellar is weighing in on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer revival series that is nearing a pilot order at Hulu.

"Thank you to all the fans who never stopped asking for this. This will be for you," Gellar said of the revival.

According to early reports of the reboot, Gellar will only appear in a recurring capacity and will not be leading the series.
