Ventures has completed a successful exit from M2P Fintech, achieving a 12X return on their investment over 4.5 years.

The early-stage venture capital firm, which invested ₹9.7 crore in M2P Fintech, has clocked a return of close to ₹116 crore in just 4.5 years.

The Mumbai-based VC firm had initially invested Rs 9.7 crore in M2P Fintech through its debut fund. That investment grew to Rs 115.9 crore, delivering an internal rate of return (IRR) of 131%. According to the firm,

Launched in 2019, 8i Ventures' Fund I closed with $15.5 million under management, and this latest exit has further boosted its performance, with the fund now up 2.5x and achieving an internal rate of return (IRR) of 37%.

M2P Fintech had raised just over $100 million in late September through primary and secondary financing in a Series D round, led by Helios Investment Partners.
