I have a 64 GB 5th gen (Nov 2012) and just can't quite bring myself to pull the trigger on the 6th. I know I'd appreciate the additional speed and 512 MB RAM, and the 128 GB model is tempting. However, I really wanted Touch ID, GPS, and a larger screen.
